We limited our breeding s /litters to the end/ beginning of the year due to weather and our time.  We feel this gives us more hands on with each and every puppy.  During the rest of the year we are socializing, imprinting, and training our puppies and dogs. If you are looking for puppy and we do not have one available please ask us for our referral list as we have many great friends, that might have what you are looking for in your price range.
Our puppies are  raised as if all of them are going to be placed in to service work.  We put in hours of handling with each and every puppy.  We start with Early Neurological Stimulation  from day 3 to day 16, from day 17 to 28  we start scent imprinting ,  after 4 weeks of age we start desensitizing to different surfaces, sights, smells, and sounds.  We continue this  with each puppy until they leave for their new home or job.

Our puppies are tattooed for permanent identification, are given 6, 9  and 12 week shots. They are wormed from puppies ( bi-weekly) to monthly heartwormer as they  are of  age.  Around 3 months  they are given their yearly Rabies shot and checked over by our vet,

Our training in done on "real life"  equipment .  We feel this gives the dogs a true sense of footing, balance, and confidence.  We train in all types of weather to acclimate the dog to the elements of nature. We train indoor/outdoor but mostly outdoors due to distractions, real life situations, and weather elements for the dog to work with.

From birth to eight weeks  we evaluate each puppy's abilities, temperament, skills, drives and needs..By eight weeks of age we make our first assessment of what puppies should be a family companions or active pets.  We believe a dog that is force to work is not a happy worker, but a dog that wants to work is. It is our job to make sure that all the "pieces of the puzzle " fit best for the dog.
